We will be in touch closer to the event with more information. If you purchased a virtual ticket, we will provide access links and session details prior to the event.

If you are planning to book a hotel room at the DoubleTree for one or two nights, please let us know by completing this survey by 8/31/25. We need to meet a 10-room minimum and will confirm by 9/15/25 if we can offer a discounted rate.

If you'd like to carpool to the Summit, we set up a way to coordinate rides through this link. Self organize and either add a carpool if you're offering to drive, or if you're looking for a ride, add yourself to the "waitlist" to be alerted when a carpool is available from your location.
